Eric and Elizabeth lead RI Luxury Homes together.
Eric oversees construction and works directly with clients, architects, designers, and trades throughout each project. Elizabeth leads the interior design through Elizabeth Home Designs, guiding the material, millwork, lighting, finishes, and furnishings that shape the character of every residence.
Their roles are distinct, but the work is shared. Construction and design decisions are made together throughout the project because the decisions made in one affect the other.
A custom home is a personal decision. So is the builder you choose.
RI Luxury Homes is led by Eric and Elizabeth Rowlen, who remain closely involved in each home from early planning through completion.
We build a limited number of custom homes and select residences in Houston, bringing construction and interior design together from the beginning.
Eric & Elizabeth
A Limited Number of Homes
We take on a limited number of projects each year, allowing Eric and Elizabeth to stay closely involved from first plans through completion.
They remain present as decisions are made, details are resolved, and the work takes shape on site. Architecture, interiors, and construction move together, in response to the home and the people who will live there.
