Behind every RI Luxury home are two people who refuse to build any other way. Eric brings fifteen years of military service and a career as a major airline pilot—disciplines rooted in precision, accountability, and integrity. Elizabeth came from the luxury cosmetics industry—brands like Chanel—rising through management and sharpening an eye for composition, tone, and detail she now brings to every RI home.

We keep our volume intentionally low. Every project receives our full attention, hands-on, from foundation to final walkthrough.

Our Process

Discovery
We start with a conversation about how you live and what you want from a home. Everything after — plans, materials, budget — comes from what we learn there.
Design
Your vision is translated into exacting architectural plans. Working alongside our design partners, we refine every proportion, elevation, and detail—ensuring architecture, interiors, and site converge with intention.
Construction
Construction begins with the same precision that defined the plan. Our team manages every trade, timeline, and detail on site—keeping you informed at key milestones while orchestrating the complexity behind the scenes.
Delivery
Before the keys are placed in your hands, your home undergoes comprehensive inspections and a detailed walkthrough. Every system is explained, every detail addressed—so you step into a residence that meets the standard you expect.

How We Build

We do not build on autopilot. If a room, opening, or detail feels off in person, the work stops. We adjust the plan, re-frame, or redo the work—whatever it takes to make it feel right in your home.

Our cabinetry is built on site like furniture, from white oak boards we hand-select for their grain and character. Tile, stone, and fixtures are chosen as a single composition, so the home feels intentional in every inch, not assembled from a catalog.

Our job sites stay meticulously clean—because the way we build should honor your home from day one.

You know the moment you walk in. The proportions feel calm, the materials feel considered, and every detail sits exactly where it should. Nothing competes for your attention—the room simply feels right. That is not an accident; it is the result of decisions most will never see.

Design

Elizabeth Rowlen designs every RI home in-house. Not outsourced, not templated. Stone selections, millwork profiles, tile compositions — one hand throughout.

Craft

Cabinetry is built on site, not shipped in. Each joint, reveal, and profile is cut to the actual architecture — not a factory tolerance.

Materials

Hand-troweled Venetian plaster. Book-matched marble. Rift-sawn white oak. Hand-forged ironwork. Chosen to age well.
